Our story
Built on a simple idea: information should lead to action.
For more than three decades, Rodus has worked at the intersection of technology, information management, and real-world decision-making. The work has evolved—from software and geospatial systems to monitoring and evaluation platforms, early-warning operations, and applied AI—but the purpose has remained consistent.
We make complex work more visible, more manageable, and more useful. That means understanding the program before designing the platform, fitting technology to the people who use it, and building systems that can adapt as organizations learn.

Otto is an information management professional and systems architect with deep experience translating complex institutional needs into practical digital platforms.
His work spans results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, GIS, project and document management, risk, early warning, commercial intelligence, and AI-enabled knowledge systems. Recent assignments have supported international development organizations, national institutions, regional programs, and private businesses across the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America, and North America.
Otto brings the perspective of both a product builder and a long-term implementation partner: listening carefully, working directly with users, and remaining focused on the decisions the technology is meant to improve.
A native Spanish speaker based in Vancouver, he brings extensive field experience across Latin America and the Caribbean, including the Andean region, Central America, and national and regional Caribbean initiatives.
